DIY Go-Kart Project (2024 – ongoing)
Designing and building a go-kart integrating a 7.5 HP gas engine.
Fabricated chassis, inserted a CVT gearbox; integrating Nextion HMI display and Arduino for telemetry.
Custom BLDC Motor (2024)
Designed and built a brushless DC motor with 3D-printed housing and 8-magnet rotor.
Conducted efficiency analysis across various RPM ranges, preparing technical documentation.
Biodiesel Research (2022–23)
Produced biodiesel from waste cooking oil.
Built and tested small-scale diesel engine setup to compare performance against commercial fuels.
Model Airplane Club Projects (2021–24)
Led club through design, electronics integration, and aerodynamics training.
Built and tested a few model airplanes.
